Sabores da Terra, with the address www.saboresdaterra.pt and all its contents, are owned by Sabores da Minha Terra, Unipessoal, Lda, headquartered at Rua Nova de Real, nº 464 R / C DT, 4745-347 Muro, and with NICP: 514526599.

All the articles that are available in the Sabores da Terra online store are in accordance with Portuguese Law. According to Portuguese law, the sale of all alcoholic beverages to young people up to the age of 18 years is prohibited. The articles have indicated the retail price in euros and with VAT included at the legal rate in force in Portugal and excluding shipping costs, which are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. At the end of the ordering process the final cost of transport will be included in the shopping cart. For large orders please contact us. Orders will be shipped up to 72 hours, except for stock break, by carrier, which delivers the products at the indicated address. If you are making a purchase outside the European Union, please note that some products may be subject to customs duties and taxes upon entry into the country of destination. Flavors of the Earth has no control over these costs, which depend on the customs of each country and therefore are not possible to predict. Import duties and taxes are always the responsibility of the importing buyer. The buyer also has the responsibility to know the restrictions and respective rates of the country in which he resides. To avoid any kind of legal problems and that could hinder the normal mutual trust business relationship, please contact us.

The order will be shipped up to 72h, except stock break.
Orders up to 5kg, for Europe, will always be shipped by DHL and will be delivered up to 48h after shipment, or by another carrier that best guarantees shipping.
Orders over 5 kg and up to 30 kg, the customer have two options of choice for transportation:
DHL – The order is airborne and will be delivered within 48 hours after shipment
Chronopost (DPD Group) – The order will be delivered by land and will be delivered between the 4th and 7th day, depending on the delivery address, after shipment. For orders over 30 kg, please contact us to find the best shipping solution.

The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal without any compensation being demanded within 14 (fourteen) days from the day on which the consumer acquires the physical possession of the goods. The consumer must, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of the communication of the resolution, return the goods to Flavors of the Earth in due conditions of use. The packaging must be returned complete, as it has been delivered and accompanied by all the documentation received, namely, the following documents: sales invoice and the document proving receipt of the product. After receipt of the return in Sabores da Terra will be returned to the Consumer the value corresponding to the amount paid for the order (value of the sales invoice).

The Customer undertakes to provide personal data and correct addresses that allow delivery to be made during office hours. You should also provide information such as name, address, telephone number, email, etc …, to process your orders, prepare your invoices or contact you if necessary. The provision of incorrect or incomplete information may lead to the refusal to validate your orders.

The Agreement is governed by the Portuguese law.
